Different businesses.
Nothing generic.

From a global technology foundation to a construction team on site. We build systems around how the business actually works.

What we built

We built an AI-enabled operating system that brings meetings, governance discussions and Slack into shared organisational memory.

Agents work from that knowledge, supporting coaching, performance and day-to-day decisions within a defined risk and privacy policy.

We built an employee-offboarding agent that prepares checklists, documents and handovers for HR, Accounts and IT.

Business manuals, estimating and compliance support sit in the wider operating system. People review the work before anything goes out.

What we built

We built a handover workflow that turns an accepted quote and project details into one site-ready job pack.

A 48-hour readiness check names blockers and owners before the crew starts. Crew and builder briefings complete the handover. We developed the first pack against a real job.
